The seats are inclined for comfort; the backs contoured to the human form. Wood backs and seats are warm and tactile. Cast iron sides, riveted backs and sturdy base combine to a substantial weight, securing each seat firmly in place. Arm rests are shaped and at a good height for comfort and ease. Both chairs are firm and stable.

Both chairs have been oiled and waxed. Paint has been left in place to show their history and character - one still bears faint painted numbering. Contrast the simple decorative work with a richly patterned throw or cushion in Indian patterning.

How do we deliver?

We like to see your selected furniture arrive safely, so we take a day from our workshop to deliver your items to you, free up to 50 miles.

Beyond 50 miles, we employ a banded charging system: please get in touch for an accurate delivery quote. We need to pass on all city charges.
